Content in the Health and Fitness categories — including questions and explanations about screenings, symptoms, nutrition, exercise, and medical guidelines — is provided for general informational purposes only. The app offers a one-time Premium unlock purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms. Your download and use of the app are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You are responsible for the account you sign in with. You agree not to misuse the app — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or copy and redistribute the app's content. The app's questions, explanations, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors; you may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content — including decisions about your health, finances, or anything else made based on trivia content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
